Bimba Eco Bike S.R.L. is the controller of personal data used by Motion Costa Rica.

Motion Costa Rica is a commercial brand operated by Bimba Eco Bike Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada, corporate ID 3-102-920770.

Provincia de Puntarenas, cantón de Puntarenas, Cóbano, Consultorio Contable y Jurídico Yahveh, ubicado 300 metros al este del Banco Nacional de Costa Rica.

Data and purposes

Identity, contact, billing and address data for quotes, contracting, payment and delivery.
Order, payment, warranty, return and support records.
Technical, IP, cookie and usage data for security, fraud prevention, operation and measurement.
Marketing preferences only with the required legal basis or consent.

Providers and transfers

Necessary payment, Stripe, hosting, email, WhatsApp, analytics, security, invoicing and delivery providers may process limited data, including outside Costa Rica. Motion does not store full card numbers processed by Stripe.

Retention, security and rights

We retain data for commercial, warranty, accounting, claim-defense and legal periods and apply reasonable access, encryption and minimization controls. Requests for access, correction, deletion where applicable or consent withdrawal may be sent to hello@motioncr.com after identity verification.

Cookies, minors and changes

Necessary cookies support cart, security and sessions. Nonessential analytics or advertising cookies must follow user choice. The store is not directed to persons under 18. Material updates will receive a new effective date and renewed consent where required.
