The correct charger depends on model, voltage, amperage, and charge port. We do not recommend universal chargers: each micromobility battery has specific charging requirements and should use the charger supplied or recommended by the manufacturer.
Do not connect the charger until the charge port and connector are dry. After rain, mud, or salt air, dry the scooter or e-bike, inspect the charge port, and store the vehicle indoors with ventilation before charging.
Diagnose first. A drop in range can come from the battery, charger, tire pressure, brake drag, rider weight, hills, temperature, or charging habits. Diagnosis helps avoid buying a battery when the problem is somewhere else.
