Step-by-step assembly guide

Follow this order to avoid double adjustments and keep the product aligned from the start.

  1. 1) Unbox and verify components

    Remove protective packaging, verify kit parts, and confirm OKAI ESM4 has no shipping damage.

  2. 2) Raise stem and lock folding latch

    Raise the stem to upright position and close the lock latch. It should feel firm with no side play.

  3. 3) Install the handlebar

    Align handlebar with front wheel direction. Insert and tighten bolts in a cross pattern to keep center alignment.

    Plug official charger until full. Power on the system and validate lock/controls before first ride.
